Try AI autocomplete first, get comfortable with it, and once you’re ready, try outsourcing some repetitive/scaffolding work to it. Then try asking it to review your code to find potential refactoring opportunities.
Implement what works for you, discard the rest, and soon you’ll rely on it more and more, but in a way that’s not overwhelming or destructive.
